Sowing the Seeds for our children's needs

Registered Charity No 1144387

Lansbury Make It Happen is our Parent/Teacher and Friends group which was formed by a dedicated team of parents and friends. We achieved charitable status soon after formation.

Our aim is to support the school in helping them to provide an enriching environment for pupils to learn from and enjoy. Through successful bids for grants, generous donations from local businesses and individuals a new play area to the rear of the school which was opened by the Mayor of St Helens, Councillor Andy Bowden some years ago.

Our fundraising events have included a virtual bike ride from Land’s End to John O’Groats using our X-Bikes™ and adapted bikes, sponsored triathlon/biathlon/walk, bingo evenings, bag packs and summer and Christmas Fairs.

We are a small Committee of staff, governors, parents and friends. Meetings are very informal and we would warmly welcome anyone who is interested or has ideas to take our fundraising forward.

Daytime meetings are held at school at 1:30pm on and evening meetings are 7:30-9pm in Momo's Cafe, St Helens! Please join us if you can. ****DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, MEETINGS ARE POSTPONED FOR THE TIME BEING. PLEASE CONTACT SCHOOL IF YOU WOULD LIKE MORE INFORMATION****

We welcome everybody and would love to see you.

We are currently taking sponsorship for the Pumpkin Welly Walk 22-23 October 2020! Please follow this link to support us https://donatemyschool.com/lansbury-make-it-happen-2346
